Get to know me!

For my first post I thought a good place to start would be answering 10 questions about myself, to tell you a little bit about me.

1) What is your full name?

My full name is Hannah Louise Teagle.

2) What is your current job/occupation?

I am currently studying at The University of Hull for a Zoology degree.

3) What is your favourite animal?

I love pretty much any animal but my favourite has to be a tapir! I love how unique they are, they're definitely under appreciated.

4) What is the furthest you have been from home?

I am not sure exactly as I have been lucky enough to go on lots of family holidays but I have not yet been outside of Europe. Travelling on my own the furthest I have been is Kefalonia, Greece where I went for a month last summer. This summer I will be traveling to Brazil so soon that will be the furthest I have been from home.

5) If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

I really want to go to Disney world in Florida! I also hope that one day I will be able to go on a safari somewhere in Africa.

6) What is your usual Friday night?

As a student the expected answer to this is probably out clubbing but to be honest most of the time my Friday night is spent watching a film or TV with a take-away with my boyfriend or housemates. It's a nice way for us all to relax and catch up after a busy week at uni.

7) What inspires you?

I find it fascinating when the answer to something isn't quite understood and hearing the possible solutions and explanations that people come up with. It inspires me to want to work hard, especially when I have a problem to figure it out.

8) What is the first book you remember reading?

I remember a few books from when I was younger like the Biff and Chip books or ' We're going on a bear hunt'. One of the first book series I remember really getting in to was Animal Ark, about a girl who saved animals and wanted to grow up to be a vet.

9) What is your favourite food?

Any Mexican food, but chicken and chorizo enchiladas are the best!

10) What are you most looking forward to in the next year?

Next year will be my final year and my first chance to do a project. and I am currently waiting to hear if I have gotten on to one of the projects I wanted. If I have I am really looking forward to getting involved with that. Apart from that, going to Brazil will defiantly be a highlight!
